The Toxicity Scanner app for iPhone is licensed under Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement. Subscriptions are sold and managed by Apple; you can manage or cancel them in your Apple Account settings.
This website
The information on this website and in the app explains what cosmetic ingredients are and how they are used. It is general information, not medical, dermatological or safety advice, and it is not a substitute for a product’s own label, its manufacturer’s instructions or a professional’s advice.
We work to keep it accurate, but ingredient data comes from public sources that change, and plain-language summaries are drafts that have not yet been reviewed by an expert. It is provided as it is, without warranty.

Ingredient names, functions and regulatory information come from public sources listed on the methodology page, reused under their terms. CosIng is an information database without legal value.
